ACCESSIBILITY POLICY

The City of Gillette makes every effort to maintain its website to allow general accessibility and to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disability Act (Section 508).

Images on our website contain ‘alt tags’ with descriptions of the images that provide assistance to visitors who listen to the content of our website using a screen reader rather than reading the information available on our site.

Many documents on our website are published in html format, but we also use Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) files when necessary or to maintain the integrity of a document.

If you use assistive technology and the format of the City of Gillette’s website interferes with your ability to access information, please contact the Web Administrator using the link at the bottom of this page. Please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the URL of the problematic document, your contact information, and the preferred format in which you would like to receive the document or information.
