The Planning Division administers the Zoning Ordinance [PDF], Subdivision Regulations [PDF], Condominium Regulations [PDF] and Comprehensive Plan [PDF] for the City of Gillette. Planning staff reviews current development projects and issues zoning permits for new construction and homeowner projects. The division administers annexation [PDF] and rezoning requests. The Code Compliance Division addresses tall grass and weeds, unlicensed/inoperable vehicles, garbage and debris, etc. Additionally, the Code Compliance Division is responsible for issuing permits for home occupations [PDF], daycare [PDF], and temporary sign permits.
