Mission

The mission of the Planning Services Division is to create and implement plans and policies that foster the basic principles of planning for health, safety and sustainable neighborhoods.

Overview

The Planning Services Division is responsible for administering the City’s zoning and development code regulations, including condominium(PDF, 76KB) regulations, annexations and the comprehensive plan for the City of Gillette.

The planning staff reviews development projects and has adopted spatial planning approaches for local land resource management.
