CLOSURES

CCHS Private Drive, May 4, 2026 through construction completion (estimated 2029) - the private drive located in front of Campbell County High School from Camel Drive to 12th Street will have one-way only traffic flow. Use of the one-way will be for students and authorized vehicles only.

Burma Avenue/Echeta Road (including railroad crossing), June 22, 2026 through September 30, 2026 - the intersection of Burma Avenue and Echeta Road including the railroad crossing will be closed to replace water, sewer, and storm water mains.

Westover Road, July 27, 2026 through August 31, 2026 - Westover Road near the intersection of Skyline Drive/Highway 50 will be closed for the replacement of damaged concrete.

Hidden Valley Road, August 3, 2026 through September 25, 2026 - from the west end of Hidden Valley Road to Patik Road will be closed to remove and replace sanitary sewer and water mains.

Benelli Drive, August 10, 2026 through August 30, 2026 - portions of the north and south side of the 5400 and 4500 blocks of Benelli Drive will be closed for new storm sewer installation and resurfacing.

Red Ryder Drive, August 21, 2026 through September 18, 2026 - the north lane of Red Ryder Drive between Glock Avenue and Benelli Drive will be closed for asphalt patching.

Ash Street, August 25, 2026 through September 8, 2026 - a portion of Ash Street near 4th Avenue will be closed for the removal and replacement of concrete.

Sako Drive, August 25, 2026 through September 23, 2026 - the north lane of the 900 block of Sako Drive will be closed for the installation of storm sewer installation.

Echeta Road, August 25, 2026 through October 14, 2026 - Echeta Road from Bay Avenue to Burma Avenue will be closed for the replacement of water, sewer, and storm sewer.

EVENTS

Fall Kickoff, August 26, 2026 - Gillette Avenue from 5th Street to 6th Street will be closed Wednesday, August 26, 2026 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm for the Fall Kickoff event hosted by Gillette First Baptist Church.

Marine Corps League 5K, September 11, 2026 - Wenger Drive from Running W Drive to Enzi Drive will be closed Friday, September 11, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm for the Marine Corps League 5K hosted by the Lance Corporal Jacob Ross Detachment #1425 Marine Corps League.

Brews & Cruise, September 12, 2026 - Gillette Avenue from 1st Street to 5th Street (excluding the 2nd Street traffic intersection) and 3rd Street from Warren Avenue to Kendrick Avenue will be closed Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9:00am to 9:00pm for the Brews & Cruise event hosted by Gillette Main Street.

9.11km Run/Walk, September 13, 2026 - Gillette Avenue from 5th Street to 6th Street will be closed Sunday, September 13, 2026 from 7:30am to 12:00pm for the 9.11km Run/Walk event hosted by Gillette First Baptist Church.

Oktoberfest Street Festival, September 26, 2026 - Gillette Avenue from 1st Street to 2nd Street will be closed Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00am for the Octoberfest Street Festival hosted by the Montgomery Bar.

Trick-or-Treat on the 3rd Street Plaza, October 31, 2026 - the 3rd Street Plaza will be closed Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 9:00am to 4:00pm for the Trick-or-Treat on the 3rd Street Plaza event hosted by Gillette Main Street.

Veterans Day Parade, November 11, 2026 - 2nd Street from 4J Road to Osborne Avenue will be closed Wednesday, November 11, 2026 from 11:00am to 3:00pm for the 23rd Annual Veterans Day Parade hosted by the Veterans Day Parade Committee. Additional roads with limited access for vehicle staging will include 4J Road from 2nd Street to 1st Street as well as the CCPRD Ice Arena parking lot.

Parade of Lights, December 5, 2026 - Gillette Avenue from 2nd Street to 7th Street and 2nd Street from Gillette Avenue to Kendrick Avenue will be closed Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm for the Parade of Lights hosted by Gillette Main Street. 3rd Street from Warren Avenue to Kendrick Avenue will also be closed from 2:00pm to 7:00pm. Additional roads with limited access for vehicle staging will include 7th Street from Gillette Avenue to Carey Avenue, Carey Avenue from 7th Street to 8th Street, and 8th Street from Carey Avenue to Veterans Drive.
