City Council accepted the Dalbey Memorial Park Improvements Study on January 6, 2026. A full copy of the final report from the study can be reviewed online here(PDF, 46MB).
The purpose of the Dalbey Memorial Park Improvements Study was to guide future design and improvement efforts to park facilities, including the Fishing Lake. The study began in mid-2024 and incorporated feedback through multiple public engagement opportunities, including two public meetings and three online surveys. The resulting final report provides improvement recommendations and strategies with broad public support and responsible City investment in public spaces.
